New in lieu of expired Passport

ATTESTATION / NOTARIZATION OF DOCUMENTS
Attestation of Birth/Death/Marriage/Divorce Certificates
Attestation of Birth/Death/Marriage/Divorce Certificates
  • All documents (such as birth, death, marriage, divorce certificates ) issued by the US entities needing attestation of the Consulate  have to be first notarized by the Authentication Office of the US Department of State.
  • All documents (such as birth, death, marriage, divorce certificates ) issued by the departments of the Government of Pakistan needing attestation of the Consulate have to be first notarized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad or its four camp offices in the provincial capitals.

  • Copy of Pakistani passport or CNIC/NICOP

(Fee is non refundable. Fee should be in the form of money order or cashier’s check payable to “CONSULATE GENERAL OF PAKISTAN”. NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.)
