New in lieu of expired Passport

Tourist/Trekking/Mountaineering Visa
Requirements for Tourist/Trekking/Mountaineering Visa
  • Visa Form duly completed and signed by the applicant
  • Valid Passport along with a copy (passport must be valid at for at least 6 months)
  • Proof of legal resident status in US for non-US passport holders (Copy of Alien Registration Card, Work Authorization etc.)
  • Proof of residence in the following States under this Consulate General’s jurisdiction (New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Kentucky, Vermont, Connecticut, Delaware, Wymong.)
  • Invitation letter from tour operator in Pakistan along with his/her attested copy of CNIC/Passport.
  • Registration letter of tour operator with Ministry of Tourism in Pakistan
  • For Trekking/Mountaineering visa, provide Trekking/Expedition permit issued by the Gilgit-Baltistan Council.
  • 2 recent passport size photographs with white background (front view) no older then 3 months

(Fee is non refundable. Fee should be in the form of money order or cashier’s check payable to “CONSULATE GENERAL OF PAKISTAN”. NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED.)
