Important Note:- 5 year multiple entry visas will be issued to US citizens of Pakistan origin on production of previous Pakistani passport or CNIC/NICOP. For children born in the US, please attach notarized copy of Birth Certificate and Father/Mother's Pakistani passport or CNIC/NICOP.

Business Visa:
Student Visa: A visa can only be issued after approval of the Ministry of Education & the Ministry of Interior Government of Pakistan. NGO Representatives Visa: The visa can only be issued after the approval of the Ministry of Interior Government of Pakistan. We regret that we can not make an exception to this condition. Journalist Visa: Visa Form for Journalist The Consulate General in New York will exempt US citizen of Pakistani origin from police registration. In order to avail this facility, the applicants must provide either copies of the first three pages of the old Pakistani passport or copies of Pakistan National Identity Card (POC or NICOP). For children born in USA, only the parent�s Pakistani ID is applicable.
